President Trump Signs H.R. 1744 and H.R. 8205 into Law

On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, President Donald J. Trump signed two bills into law, the White House announced. H.R. 1744, titled the “United States Commission on International Religious Freedom Reauthorization Act of 2026,” extends and authorizes annual appropriations for the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom through Fiscal Year 2028. H.R. 8205, titled the “Accelerating Access to Critical Therapies for ALS Reauthorization Act of 2026,” reauthorizes the Accelerating Access to Critical Therapies for ALS Act through Fiscal Year 2031.
